The First Fridays Glow Downtown 5K is back and brighter than ever on October 4, 2024. Get ready to light up the night and have a blast at the most electrifying event of the year! We’re inviting runners, walkers, and glow enthusiasts of all ages to join us for an exhilarating 3.1-mile trek through Downtown Danville.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of this illuminating event! Register online and purchase a t-shirt HERE. Runners and walkers can also register on the day of the event at Temple Plaza from 5:00-6:00 PM. The race will begin at 6:30 PM followed by an afterparty at the Fischer Theater.
· Registration: Just $10.00 to join the glow-tastic fun!
· Kids Under 5: Race for FREE and light up the night with us!
· Race T-Shirts: Grab your glow-in-the-dark tee for only $15.00 and be the star of the show!
· Spirit Team Volunteers: Not wanting to race? No problem! Be a part of a Spirit Team to cheer racers on and to offer refreshments!
Get ready for a 5K like no other! Before you hit the pavement, swing by our glow station to light up your gear and shirt with an electrifying glow-in-the-dark effect! When you cross that finish line, treat yourself to an array of mouthwatering bites from our awesome food trucks to complete your fueling adventure!
